Our current requirement for Technical Writers and Content Writers is as follows:
Technical Writers should have:
- 0-3 years experience in the area of technical writing.
- Created software user documentation (User's Guides, Administrator's Guides, and Online Help)
- The ability to work independently (plan, schedule, and complete projects on time)
- Knowledge of MSTP
Domain knowledge in the following areas would be an advantage: Insurance/ Accounting / Healthcare / B2B
Content Writers should have:
Around 1-4 years experience in creating web content for technical BPO services. They should be able to work well with service managers and have experience on how to create content for SEO. Experience writing case studies and marketing collateral would be an advantage.
