We take a lot of care when selecting a candidate to represent Write Concept at a client site. Potential technical writers are tested and need to satisfy a set of basic requirements to qualify for a technical writing position at Write Concept.
Once they are recruited as Write Concept employees, we equip them with pertinent technical writing knowledge and skills. Training for new hires include familiarizing them with technical writing processes, fundamental language skills, and basic domain knowledge. We also provide advice on how to monitor and track their work, once at the client site. This type of practical and hands-on training helps writers to have an edge over other technical writers in the field.
All Write Concept employees periodically meet for Knowledge Sharing Sessions. These sessions provide a suitable platform for employees to refine their knowledge base with best and current practices.
