The majority of the work we undertake is in the software product domain. Our documents help users understand your software product and how to use it. We take every measure to provide explanations of key concepts and make information easy to locate and use while maintaining consistency of structure and information throughout the documents.

Years of experience has clarified that users want to find information to their queries in the user documentation of their software product. For this reason, we take care to identify all the questions a user might have and ensure that our documents provide the answers to these questions. We consider the work we do as “empowering users” so that they actually use your product because they have all the information they need.

Write Concept personnel fall into two broad categories: those who have already worked in the technical communication field for several years, and those who are trained at Write Concept and begin their careers immediately after this training. The majority of our personnel work onsite at client locations in Bangalore. Most of our technical writers hold master’s degrees. A characteristic of all our personnel is their zest for work and their ability to meet deadlines. Whether experienced or relatively new to the field, they all seek to improve their skills in the field of technical communication, are motivated to give their best efforts, and focus on achieving client deadlines.

In order to upgrade skills, we conduct regular Knowledge Sharing sessions for our team. This is a time when our personnel can conduct or contribute to the session, get their doubts cleared, and also learn new stuff.
